The Chantilly is a more sweetened whipped cream in which you can also add vanilla.

How long will Chantilly cream keep?
You can keep it in the refrigerator in an air-tit container for 3 to 5 days. the texture can become looser after a few days.
Can you freeze it?
Yes, you can. When you are ready to use it let it simply unfreeze a room temperature. Do not try to warm it up it would ruin it.
