Ingredients
 
 

  • for the Crêpes
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 4 eggs

for the filling

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 slice of ham
  • 4 egg
  • 2 cup grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Place the cheese on top of the crepe in a warm pan until melted. And cook an egg sunny side up on the side.
  • Then place the ham and finally the egg on top.
  • Fold the sides. Et voilà!
