Ingredients
- egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustrad
- oil sunflowerseed oil or a neutral one
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients.
- mix the egg yolk, vinegar, and mustard together with salt and pepper.
- then add the oil very slowly in a very thin flow( especially at the beginning).
- Stop when you get a firm consistency. Et voilà!
