Shortcrust Pastry

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients. mix the flour, the sugar, and a pinch of salt together,
- then mix in the soft butter until you get a sand-like consistency.
- mix in the egg until you have a ball of dough
- like this!
- Flaten it, film it, and let it rest in the fridge for 20 min.
- then roll it and place it in the mold. Et voilà!
