It is a very simple and delicious way to eat crêpes or galettes.
It is a fast recipe that I like to make when I have friends over.

Ingredients
 
 

for the Crêpes

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt

for the filling

  • 1 slice of smoked salmon
  • 1 teaspoon creme fraiche or cream
  • ¼ cup grated cheese
  • 3 drops lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Follow the crepe recipe and prepare the ingredients.
  • Assemble it in a pan or directly when the crepe is cooked. put the cheese directly on the crepe to help it to melt,
  • warm it up at a medium temperature,
  • fold it! and Voilà it is ready!
