La sauce Mayonnaise with mustard
The mayonnaise or mayo is a simple everyday sauce used for various recipes, like devil's eggs, but also to accompany dishes as a dip.
This version is with mustard which is commonly used, but you can also find recipes without, which would be used as a base for other sauces.

Ingredients
 
 

  • egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustrad
  • oil sunflowerseed oil or a neutral one

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • mix the egg yolk, vinegar, and mustard together with salt and pepper.
  • then add the oil very slowly in a very thin flow( especially at the beginning).
  • Stop when you get a firm consistency. Et voilà!
