Chantilly Crepes

The chantilly crepes are simple crepes filled with whipped cream!
I added on top raspberries,  roasted almonds, and honey.
Decadent but still light and airy, here is a beautiful dessert to impress.

Ingredients
 
 

For the Crepes

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 teaspoons sugar

For the Chantilly cream filing

  • 1 cup whipping cream chilled
  • 2 tablespoons powered sugar

Instructions

  • Fill the chantilly cream in the middle and fold it. You can add some more on the top.Then add the rest garniture and it is ready to serve.
