in a box or jar or sous-vide or by yourself fresh or frozen.

Instructions
Dissolve the sugar into the water. Mash the (already cooked) chestnuts.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat (simmering) for about 15 min.
Mix it all together with a hand mixer or in a blender.
Et voilà!
Notes
If you want to keep it longer, it is ideal for canning in jars.
